This website is operated by CHAMBRE DE FAN SAS. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “customer”) with CHAMBRE DE FAN SAS, hereinafter referred to as “CHAMBRE DE FAN”, “us” or “we”, at the CHAMBRE DE FAN website, mobile website (jointly referred to as “chambredefan.com”).
By using our site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
The inclusion of any products or services on chambredefan.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or services at any time.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
PRODUCTS
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately describe the Products which sell on our website, we cannot guarantee that the description will be 100% accurate. The images of the products on the website are for purposes, although we make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the colours, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s will be 100% display accurately such colours.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items are non-cancellable, non-modifiable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
A pre-order is an item that has not yet come into stock, but you can pre-purchase it to secure your piece. Please note details on item description for lead times of pre-order items. The estimated delivery will be indicate on the product information page. During the expected delivery period it is not possible to change or cancel the order. And you will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is ready to be shipped.
PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES
The prices are expressed in euros.
The prices displayed on our website include all taxes and french VAT at 20%, but does not include a delivery charge.
We reserve the right at any time to change the prices of our products without notice at any time.
ORDERING AND AVAILABILITY
Orders can be placed via chambredefan.com only. If you have any questions or would like to place an order, please feel free to contact us by email at : [email protected].
Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you as soon as possible to settle the refund. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We are not obliged to accept your order and may, at our discretion, decline to accept any order. You do, however, acknowledge that by clicking on the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button, you enter into an obligation to pay for the Product(s).
PAYMENT
We accept payments via Paypal, Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Credit Cards.
All of these payment methods are secured. All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Protocol. These data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties, and are not kept on our computer systems either. CHAMBRE DE FAN notably reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honour an order emanating from a customer who would not have settled totally or partially a previous order or with whom a dispute of payment would be in the course of administration. The products on the website remain the property of CHAMBRE DE FAN until full withdrawal of the product’s price.
DELIVERY
CHAMBRE DE FAN delivers its products worldwide and exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order. Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.

CANCELING ORDER, RETURNS ANG EXCHANGES
If you feel that your items non-compliant or that a mistake has been made in your order, and you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with notice in writing either via email to [email protected]. And you have 14 days from the receipt of the package to aware the Customer Service who is committed to exchange the items, proceed to a refund or to issue a credit, assuming that the items are returned in its original packaging, not worn and sent along with the invoice from CHAMBRE DE FAN. We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items or evidence of you having sent back the faulty items, and the return shipping costs that are at the customer’s charge.
In case of non-compliant or defective items, the return shipping costs will be refunded to the customer on the basis of our shipping costs pricing.
In case of without non-compliant or without defective items with orders under 500.00 €, the return shipping costs and all potential customs duties that are at the customer’s charge.
In case of without non-compliant or without defective items with orders over 500.00 € and benefit from Free French Post Colissimo Delivery or Free UPS Delivery, the return shipping costs and all potential customs duties that are at the customer’s charge. And we will also deduct the delivery costs from the refund payment of customer.
Please note that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), washed, altered or worn and that any labels or tags should be intact. If not, we will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the customer.
Please pay attention that pre-order items are non-cancellable, non-modifiable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
CHAMBRE DE FAN cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel during the return delivery.

CHAMBRE DE FAN is a registered trademark with the INPI of CHAMBRE DE FAN SAS. All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at chambredefan.com remain with CHAMBRE DE FAN SAS and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of chambredefan.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of CHAMBRE DE FAN SAS.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the liability of CHAMBRE DE FAN with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability. We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents. If we breach these Terms, we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such breach. CHAMBRE DE FAN is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity. Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on chambredefan.com shall be limited to the total price of your order.
