CHAMBRE DE FAN offers two delivery options for orders placed through its official online boutique: Colissimo and UPS.

Free Colissimo delivery is available for orders of 150.00 € or more to destinations in Europe, as well as Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia.

Free UPS delivery is available for orders of 150.00 € or more to all destinations we serve.

For orders below 150.00 €, shipping costs vary according to the delivery destination. The applicable charge is calculated automatically and displayed in your basket.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2–3 working days after the order acceptance email is sent. This timeframe excludes Saturdays, Sundays, French public holidays and company closure days.

All items purchased at chambredefan.com are shipped via Colissimo or UPS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation from the relevant carrier. Colissimo or UPS will then provide updates by email and/or SMS on the progress of your shipment, including the estimated delivery date and time.

Please note that orders may only be delivered to recipients aged 18 or over at a valid delivery address.

We have no control over customs duties or import taxes that may be charged on international shipments when they arrive in the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the relevant local authorities.
