RETURNS

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if you feel that your items non-compliant or that a mistake has been made in your order, you have 14 days from the receipt of the package to send it back to us.

If you decide to return your items, please ensure that they are in perfect condition. This means all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt, the items should not have been damaged, soiled (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), washed, altered or worn and that any labels or tags should be intact. If not, we will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

To organise a return you must email [email protected] or use the contact form indicating your order number and the items you wish to return. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.

We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items or evidence of you having sent back the faulty items. The return shipping costs and the payment processing fees (according to Stripe processing fees policy if you pay by credit card, Alipay or WeChat Pay; PayPal processing fees policy if you pay by PayPal) that are at the customer’s charge.

In case of non-compliant or defective items, the return shipping costs will be refunded to the customer on the basis of our shipping costs pricing.

In case of without non-compliant or without defective items with orders under 150.00 €, the return shipping costs, the payment processing fees (according to Stripe processing fees policy if you pay by credit card, Alipay or WeChat Pay; PayPal processing fees policy if you pay by PayPal) and all potential customs duties that are at the customer’s charge.

In case of without non-compliant or without defective items with orders over 150.00 € and benefit from Free French Post Colissimo Delivery or Free UPS Delivery, the return shipping costs, the payment processing fees (according to Stripe processing fees policy if you pay by credit card, Alipay or WeChat Pay; PayPal processing fees policy if you pay by PayPal) and all potential customs duties that are at the customer’s charge. And we will also deduct the delivery costs from the refund payment of customer.

CHAMBRE DE FAN cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel during the return delivery.

Please pay attention that Made-to-Order items are non-cancellable, non-modifiable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you are interested in a different size, colour or style, please return your items to us and reorder the new items at chambredefan.com. For the return process and policy, please read our return policy.
