Browse the items that you wish to purchase, select size and colour, consulter the product image, the delivery method and the detailed product information on the product page, and then click “ADD TO CART”.
On the basket page, you can use the shipping calculator to choose a delivery method and calculate shipping costs based on your delivery address, and then click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”. You can also enter your promotional code or enter it on the checkout page.
Log in to your own CHAMBRE DE FAN account. If you haven’t signed up yet, you can create your CHAMBRE DE FAN account in the billing details section.
Select your delivery method and fill in delivery information.
Select your payment method and fill in the payment information.
Review your order, and click “PLACE ORDER”.
Can I order by telephone?
We regret that we are not currently accepting orders by telephone.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders placed on chambredefan.com are processed quickly, to ensure your items can be delivered to you within the shortest timeframe possible. Therefore once an order has been submitted, we cannot cancel or modify your purchase.

What if an item is out of stock?

What delivery options can I choose and what are the delivery fees?
CHAMBRE DE FAN offer two delivery options for all orders from CHAMBRE DE FAN official online boutique : French Post Colissimo and UPS.
Free French Post Colissimo Delivery is valid on orders over 500.00 € to Europe and Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia.
Free UPS Delivery is valid on orders over 500.00 € to all delivery destinations.
For orders less than 500.00 €, the shipping cost is different depending on the delivery destination, which automatically calculate and we will present on the basket page.

How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link by email.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to change your delivery address.
Do I have to sign upon delivery of my order?
We will require a signature upon delivery of your order.
Do I have to pay customs duties and import taxes?
We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method for the Member state of the European Union, there are no customs duties and import taxes.
We use DAP (Delivered at Place) method for the rest of the world and may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility.

All items can be returned for 14 days after the date of delivery.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment.
